All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Rates (New Zealand)

We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. To ensure your items arrive safely, all parcels are sent using a Signature on Delivery service.

• Standard National Shipping: $7.00

• Rural Delivery: $10.00 (Check if an address is rural)

• Free Shipping: All orders over $900.00 qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping

International Duties & Taxes

Please note that all orders shipped outside of New Zealand are sent DAP (Delivered at Place).

• Customer Responsibility: The recipient is responsible for all local import duties, VAT, GST, and customs clearance fees.

• Payment: These charges are not collected at checkout. If fees apply, your local customs office or courier will contact you for payment before delivery.

• Thresholds: Each country has different tax-free limits. We recommend checking your local customs website to avoid unexpected costs.

• Refusal: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

Please choose your items carefully. To maintain the exclusivity and quality of our collection, all sales are final.  We do not offer returns/exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or fit. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and sizing information thoroughly before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us at contact@sael.living within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
